Destination inspection is a quality-based inspection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The results of these inspections help settle commercial disputes, primarily between sellers and purchasers. The proposal sets out a new set of fees and service standards that would be introduced on April 1, 2012.

To view the proposal, visit http://inspection.gc.ca/english/agen/manges/prodise.shtml.
