Each report is investigated, an Aquatic Questionnaire form is filled in and recorded in an excel spreadsheet. To determine the number of diseases that enter via regulated pathways requires a count of the Aquatic reports at the end of the year. Currently the count just includes the import regulated pathway as the domestic NAAHP program has not been implemented as a regulated pathway.
