Regulations amending the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations (Livestock traceability violations)
Description of the Objective
Proposed amendments to Part XV (Livestock identification and traceability) of the Health of Animals Regulations require that amendments be made to Schedule I, Division 1 of the Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations to address livestock traceability violations.
