Regulations amending the Agriculture and Agri-food Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations (Miscellaneous)
Description of the Objective
These amendments to the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations will address pig traceability requirements added to the Health of Animals Regulations in 2014, and also address outstanding comments received from the Standing Joint Committee for the Scrutiny of Regulations pertaining to various issues such as discrepancies between official languages, redundant authorities, and typographical errors.
