Ottawa, February 17, 2012 - The public warning issued on Feb 10, 2012 has been amended to include additional formats of the affected lot codes.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Ilana Robyn Foods Ltd. are warning people with allergies to milk not to consume the Sweets From The Earth brand products described below. The affected products contain milk which is not declared on the labels.
The following Sweets From The Earth brand cake products are affected by this alert:

These products have been distributed in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec.
There have been three reported reactions associated with the consumption of these products.
Consumption of these products may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to milk.
The manufacturer, Ilana Robyn Foods Ltd., Toronto, ON, is voluntarily recalling the affected product from the marketplace. The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
