Ottawa, March 7, 2012 - The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Gold Phoenix Asian Food are warning people with allergies to fish or soy not to consume the Spring Rolls and Sauce products described below. The affected products contain fish and soy which are not declared on the label.
The following Gold Phoenix Asian Food brand Spring Rolls and Sauce products, sold frozen, are affected by this alert.

These products have been distributed in British Columbia.
There have been no reported allergic reactions associated with the consumption of these products.
Consumption of these products may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to fish or soy.
The manufacturer, Gold Phoenix Asian Food, Royston, BC is voluntarily recalling the affected products from the marketplace. The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recall.
