Ottawa, March 19, 2012 - The public warning issued on March 16, 2012 has been expanded to include additional product information.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is warning people with allergies to milk not to consume the Koh-Kae brand snack products described below. The affected products contain milk which is not declared on the label.
All lot codes of the following Koh-Kae brand products are affected by this recall:

These products have been distributed in Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and may have been distributed nationally.
There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.
Consumption of these products may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to milk.
The CFIA is working with Canadian importers, distributors, and retailers to recall all affected products from the marketplace. The CFIA is monitoring the effectiveness of the recalls.
