Certification requirements for Indonesia

The following certificate is available:

  • Aquatic Animal Health and Sanitary Certificate for the Export of Crustaceans for Human Consumption, from Canada to Indonesia (AQAH-1029)

Important Notes:

  • In addition to the above mentioned certificate, each shipment must also be accompanied by a Certificate of Origin and Hygiene CFIA/ACIA 5003 (2002/05) available through Fish and Seafood.
  • All fish and fish products to be exported from Canada must also be processed in fish processing establishments that are registered by the CFIA and operating under an acceptable Quality Management Program that meets the requirements of the Fish Inspection Regulations.
  • There may be existing certificates or additional information from the Fish and Seafood program. However, for the specific commodities above, an aquatic animal health certificate is required.
