The prices for the CMIB

  • Hard copy: $37.80 each (plus applicable taxes)
  • Diskette copy: $22.74 each (plus applicable taxes)
  • CD-ROM copy: $54.42 each (plus applicable taxes)

Payment must be made in advance using cheque, money order, VISA, or MASTERCARD. Cheques and money orders are to be made payable to St. Joseph Print Group. For orders from outside Canada, prices are in United States currency.
