Claim 1: As an aid in the prevention of deaths from Coccidiosis in broiler chickens.

Level of Drug:

125 mg/kg (0.0125%) of complete feed.

Directions:

Feed this medicated feed as the sole ration.

Warning:

  1. Do not feed to laying hens.

Caution:

  1. Do not feed this medicated feed for the treatment of outbreaks of Coccidiosis.
  2. If unexpected deaths occur consult a veterinarian or poultry pathologist and follow his instructions.

Claim 2: As an aid in the prevention of deaths from Coccidiosis in replacement chickens.

Level of Drug:

125 mg/kg (0.0125%) of complete feed.

Directions:

Feed this medicated feed as the sole ration.

Warning:

  1. Do not feed this medicated feed after the first 14 weeks of life.
  2. Do not feed to laying hens.

Caution:

  1. Do not feed this medicated feed for the treatment of outbreaks of Coccidiosis.
  2. If unexpected deaths occur consult a veterinarian or poultry pathologist and follow his instructions.

Claim 3: As an aid in the prevention of intestinal Coccidiosis in turkeys.

Level of Drug:

187 mg/kg (0.0187%) of complete feed.

Directions:

Feed this medicated feed as the sole ration to turkey poults for the first seven weeks.

Note: A Zoalene medicated turkey poult feed may be fed up to fourteen weeks of age, if local conditions warrant.

Warning:

  1. Do not feed to laying hens (turkeys).

Caution:

  1. Do not feed this medicated feed for the treatment of outbreaks of Coccidiosis.
  2. If unexpected deaths occur consult a veterinarian or poultry pathologist and follow his instructions.
