110 mg/kg (0.011%) of bacitracin from bacitracin methylene disalicylate in the complete feed.
Directions:
Feed this medicated feed for the first seven days of life.
Caution:
Do not use in feeds containing pellet binding agents with the exception of Pel-Stik and Ameri-bond 2X(required on premix and supplement labels only)
Level of Drug:
55 mg/kg (0.0055%) of bacitracin from bacitracin methylene disalicylate in the complete feed.
Directions:
Feed this medicated feed continuously to market weight.
Caution:
Do not use in feeds containing pellet binding agents with the exception of Pel-Stik and Ameri-bond 2X(required on premix and supplement labels only)
Level of Drug:
275 mg/kg (0.0275%) of bacitracin from bacitracin methylene disalicylate in the complete feed of pregnant and lactating sows and gilts.
Directions:
Feed this medicated feed for two-and-a-half weeks before farrowing through three weeks after farrowing.

Do not use in feeds containing pellet binding agents with the exception of Pel-Stik and Ameri-bond 2X(required on premix and supplement labels only)

Clostridium Enteritis in piglets has a low incidence in Canada.
