1. TYLAN 50/SULFA G PREMIX contains
   a) Tylosin (as tylosin phosphate) at 110 g/kg
   b) Sulfamethazine at 110 g/kg (Elanco)

In meal or pellet feed for swine.

For swine starter feeds - Claim 1

Note:

This drug mixture is not be be used in grower or finisher rations except on the basis of a veterinary prescription.

Claim 1: For the prevention of Swine Pneumonia caused by bacterial pathogens (Pasteurella multocida and/or Arcanobacterium (Actinomyces, Corynebacterium) pyogenes) sensitive to tylosin and/or sulfamethazine.

Level of Drug:

a) Tylosin - 110 mg/kg (0.011%) , and
b) Sulfamethazine - 110 mg/kg (0.011%) in the complete feed.

Directions:

Feed this medicated feed continuously as the sole ration to starter pigs for 28 days.

Warning:

1. Treated animals must not be slaughtered for use in food for at least 10 days after the latest treatment with this drug.

Caution:

1. IMPORTANT: Must be thoroughly mixed in feeds before use (required on premix and supplement labels only).
2. Do not use in feeds containing pellet binding agents with the exception of Basfin and Lignosol (required on premix and supplement labels only).
