Claim 1: As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria
acervulina, E. brunetti, E. maxima, E. mitis, E. necatrix and E. tenella in broiler chickens.
Level of Drug:
1 mg/kg (0.0001%) of complete feed.
Directions:
Feed this medicated feed as the sole ration from one day of age up until slaughter.
Caution:
- Do not use diclazuril medicated feed for the treatment of outbreaks of coccidiosis.
- If unexpected deaths occur, obtain an accurate diagnosis and follow veterinarian's or poultry pathologist's
recommendations.
- Do not use with pellet binding agents except Pel-Aid or Lignin Sulfonate (Premix and Supplement labels only.)
Claim 2: As an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis caused by Eimeria
adenoeides, E. meleagrimitis and E. gallopavonis in growing turkeys.
Level of Drug:
1 mg/kg (0.0001%) of complete feed.
Directions:
Feed this medicated feed as the sole ration from one day of age to a maximum of 14 weeks of age.
Caution:
- Do not use diclazuril medicated feed for the treatment of outbreaks of coccidiosis.
- If unexpected deaths occur, obtain an accurate diagnosis and follow veterinarian's or poultry pathologist's
recommendations.
- Do not use with pellet binding agents except Pel-Aid or Lignin Sulfonate (Premix and Supplement labels only.)
