CFIA audits of meat inspection programs in other countries

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) periodically conducts audits of the food safety programs of Canada's trading partners, including various elements of their meat inspection programs. The CFIA does this to uphold our commitment to protecting the safety of Canada's food supply, whether the source of that food is domestic or international.
