11.7.3 ANTIGUA

11.7.3.1 General information

Specific requirements for ruminant products are listed below. For other products, please refer to the section on West Indies.

11.7.3.2 Import prohibitions or restrictions

Products derived from ruminants.

Only the following products are eligible:

• beef derived from animals which were less than 30 months old at the time of slaughter,
• sheep and goat meat which was derived from animals which were less than 12 months old at the time of slaughter,
• veal derived from animals which were less than 36 weeks old at the time of slaughter,
• fresh or frozen bovine liver.

11.7.3.4 Additional certification

In the case of ruminant products Annex A is to be issued.
