The Canadian Heat Treated Wood Products Certification Program (CHTWPCP) is an official certification system for the export of wood products to countries requiring heat treatment prior to entry, including member countries of the European Union, New Zealand and the Republic of Korea (For more information, see Appendix 1 of D-03-02). Heat treated wood from the CHTWPCP provides certified wood products used in the Canadian Wood Packaging Certification Program (CWPCP), D-01-05.
