NOTE: For convenience of reference only, Appendix 4 is a consolidation of LBAM requirements for commodities that have already undergone a risk assessment and that originate from countries (other than the US) where LBAM in known to occur. Complete details may be found in the following directive:

Fruit must be maintained at a continuous temperature of 0°C for 21 days. Thermograph charts must be presented to Canadian authorities at the port of arrival.

A New Zealand Inspection Certificate to be completed by authorities of the New Zealand Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries prior to importation. The original form must accompany the shipment at the port of importation.

If the New Zealand certificate is not present, a conditional release is required.
