Appendix C (1) shows an example of the report of seed analysis. The following information on test results from a seed sample is found on the form. Prohibited, primary and secondary noxious weeds. Total of other weeds and other crop seeds is listed. % of pure seeds, % of crop seeds, % of weed seeds, % of inert matter, % of germination, % of hard seeds, and % of pure living seed are also listed.

The following information is listed: total prohibited, primary, and secondary noxious weeds, total of weed seeds, and other crops, % of germination, purity analysis, germination and disease.
