Current Size Requirements for Long Type Special Lot Requirement for Size
51 mm to 89 mm (2 inches to 3 ½ inches) in diameter,
or
113 g to 340 g (4 oz to 12 oz) in weight;

except when potatoes are 89 mm (3 ½ inches) or more in length, the minimum diameter may be 44 mm (1 ¾ inches)

60% by weight of the potatoes in the lot must have a minimum diameter of 57 mm (2 ¼ inches) or a minimum weight of 142 g (5 oz).
Shipped interprovincially:

48 mm to 76 mm (1 ⅞ inches to 3 inches) in diameter, or maximum weight of 283 g (10 oz)

75% by weight of the potatoes in the lot must have a minimum diameter of 51 mm (2 inches) or a minimum weight of 113 g (4 oz).
