Foreign government official's declaration for exported Canadian meat products being returned to Canada

Shipment covered by CFIA/ACIA 1454 (number) has been refused at [point of landing] or [inland] (deleted not applicable location) by for the reason, based on the

(type of inspection, for example, visual, microbiological) inspection of  (number) units.   

The shipment arrived in container number  with original seal number

Please choose one of the following:

1. The shipment is returning in container number (number)  with original seal number (number).

or

2. The original seal number (number) was broken at the border / at the time of inspection and replaced with a new seal number (number).

or

3. The original seal number (number) was broken at the border / at the time of inspection and product in original, intact packaged units (number) has been loaded, under supervision, into a clean container (number) and secured by (foreign competent authority) seal (number) for return to Canada.

Since arrival the product has always been kept under the official control
