Subject: To update chapter 10, Annex A China of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures

The requirement for directed testing in Canada at the importer's expense for the presence environmental contaminants and industrial pollutants for cooked poultry imported from China has been removed.

Chapter 10, Annex A China has been updated accordingly.
