Subject: Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures – Section 11.7.3.2.2 and 11.7.3.4.2.6 – Mexico

The changes have been made in the internal Meat eCertification System

Mexico allows exportation of Canadian poultry meat with the exception of the municipality of Langley, British Columbia.

Changes have been made to section 11.7.3.2.2 accordingly. A new sub-section was also added in 11.7.3.4.2.6.

Please replace sections 11.7.3.2.2 and 11.7.3.4.2.6 on Mexico of Chapter 11 of your Manual of Procedures.
