Subject: Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures – Section and – Mexico

The changes have been made in the internal Meat eCertification System

Mexico allows exportation of Canadian poultry meat with the exception of the municipality of Langley, British Columbia.

Changes have been made to section accordingly. A new sub-section was also added in

English print version

Please replace sections and on Mexico of Chapter 11 of your Manual of Procedures.
