Subject: Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures – Section 11.7.3 – European Union

The changes have been made in the internal Meat eCertification System

  • Subsections 11.7.3.2 to 11.7.3.6, Annex M and Annex R have been updated.
  • Introducing Annex E - Swine Information Document (SID).
  • Annex O has been eliminated and Annex J of the Introduction will need to be used henceforth.

English print version:

Please replace subsections 11.7.3.2 to 11.7.3.6, Annex M and Annex R, remove Annex O, add Annex E and Annex J on European Union of Chapter 11 of your Manual of Procedures.
