Subject: Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures – Indonesia, Section

Section has been amended to include minimum storage temperature and export prohibitions of beef mechanically separated meat (MSM) and mechanically deboned meat (MDM). For details, please see section


  • The changes have been made in the internal Meat eCertification System
  • Export certificates are available to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) inspection staff through Read Import Country Requirements (ICR) of Meat eCert.
