Subject: Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures – Indonesia, Section 18.104.22.168
Section 22.214.171.124 has been amended to include minimum storage temperature and export prohibitions of beef mechanically separated meat (MSM) and mechanically deboned meat (MDM). For details, please see section 126.96.36.199.
- The changes have been made in the internal Meat eCertification System
- Export certificates are available to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) inspection staff through Read Import Country Requirements (ICR) of Meat eCert.
