Certificate

  1. For live crustaceans:

    Aquatic animal Health Certificate for the Export of Live Crustaceans for Human Consumption from Canada to Malaysia (AQAH-1050)

    If the product is aquacultured live crustaceans, an additional certificate is required, Certificate of Origin and Hygiene (CFIA/ACIA 5003), with the following statement:

    Chloramphenicol was not used during the production of the fish.

  2. For live molluscs:

    Aquatic Animal Health Certificate for the Export of Live Molluscs for Human Consumption from Canada to Malaysia (AQAH-1051)

    If the product is aquacultured live molluscs, an additional certificate is required, Certificate of Origin and Hygiene (CFIA/ACIA 5003), with the following statement:

    Chloramphenicol was not used during the production of the fish.

  3. For all other fish and seafood products:

    Certificate of Origin and Hygiene (CFIA/ACIA 5003)

    If the product is aquacultured, the following statement must be added to the certificate:

    Chloramphenicol was not used during the production of the fish.
