Join the discussion: Mandatory use of digital equine infectious anemia (EIA) test certificates in Canada
Current status: Open
Opened on February 8, 2021 and will close on March 15, 2021.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is planning to make the use of digital equine infectious anemia (EIA) test certificates mandatory in Canada. When that happens, the paper submission forms that are currently used (CFIA Forms 3937 and 4679) will only be accepted in unique circumstances. The CFIA is seeking feedback from EIA accredited veterinarians on how best to implement the change.
We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance for joining the discussion.
