Eligible
Ruminants:
- bovine meat derived from animals which were less than thirty (30) months old (UTM) at the time of slaughter
- sheep and goat meat which was derived from animals which were less than twelve (12) months old at the time of slaughter
- veal derived from animals which were thirty-six (36) weeks old or younger at the time of slaughter
- fresh or frozen bovine liver
Note
Age restriction does not apply if imported beef from countries recognized as BSE free is processed for export.
