Subject: Chapters 14 and 18 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures – Updates related to issuance of Administrative Monetary Penalties (AMPs)
Chapters 14 and 18 have been updated, respectively, to align the information with the standardized application of AMPs by the CFIA. The following sections have been updated:
