Subject: Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures – El Salvador, Section 11.7.3.1

Please note, El Salvadoran authorities will not issue permits for the export of meat and meat products. Canada has been advised that all interested establishments require inspection by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of El Salvador.
