Subject: Chapter 11 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures (MHMOP) – section 11.7.3 – Japan

Please be advised that subsection 11.7.3.2(j) of Chapter 11 (Japan) in the MHMOP has been updated as per the amended Japanese requirements for use of artificial gelatin or collagen casings.
