General

Botanical Features

Agricultural Features

High yielding variety; tubers of attractive appearance; good resistance to second growth, growth cracks and stem-end discolouration; moderate resistance to blackspot and shatter bruising; highly susceptible to hollow heart in late harvest. To reduce hollow heart occurrence, use close in-row spacing such as 20-25 cm. Good resistance to cold sweetening; good french fry color. Medium-long dormancy period. High specific gravity.

Reaction to Diseases

Highly resistant: common scab, powdery scab, PVX.
Moderately resistant: verticillium wilt (V. dahliae), Erwinia soft rot, tuber net necrosis, corky ringspot.
Susceptible: late blight, fusarium dry rot, rhizoctonia.
Highly susceptible: PVY, leaf roll.
